Ceremony locations

The Concession offers three main ceremony locations:

• The Lawn at the 18th — the most popular outdoor ceremony spot, looking west across the 18th green toward the clubhouse. Holds up to 200 guests. Sunset is directly behind the clubhouse from the ceremony point of view.
• The Porte-Cochère and Front Lawn — a more intimate ceremony location for guest counts under 100, in the deep shade of the entry overhangs.
• The Ballroom (indoor) — for weather backup or for evening ceremonies that prefer indoor lighting.

The 18th hole lawn is the iconic Concession ceremony — well suited to guest counts over 50 and to weddings that want the landscape in frame.

Reception spaces

• The Grand Ballroom — formally appointed, neutral palette, holds 220 seated with a dance floor. High ceilings allow for serious floral installations.
• The Main Dining Room — for smaller weddings (under 80), more intimate and architecturally interesting than the ballroom. The signature space if you can keep your guest count there.
• The Terrace — outdoor cocktail hour and after-dinner space. The bar is permanent. Heaters in winter.

The member-sponsor requirement. The Concession does not host weddings for couples without a member sponsor. Either you, your family, or a close connection must be a member of the club, and that member must formally sponsor the event. The sponsorship is administrative — the member doesn't need to host or pay — but the formal sponsor letter is part of the venue contract. If you don't have a member connection, the venue will not book you. This is non-negotiable.

Valet logistics. All guest arrival is valet — there is no guest self-park. The entry road from Lorraine Road is gated, and the valet handles credential checks. Plan a 15-minute buffer for arrivals on a 100+ guest wedding because the valet stack at the porte-cochère is the bottleneck.
