With the Boston skyline as your backdrop and nature trails and beaches for your guests to explore, the 204 acre island is an experience like no other. The island offers three ceremony locations: Gable Orchard, Ocean Bluff Gazebo, and Waterfront Landing Trees. The island also has two outdoor reception locations: Ocean Bluff Pavilion and Waterfront Landing, which can accommodate for 200-280 people. The staff of the island will take care of all of your catering, ferries to transport guests, and can even house guests for a weekend away in three historic brick dormitories and a five bedroom Colonial.
