The venue's private ballroom terrace overlooks the shimmering Atlantic Ocean, giving guests the feeling of being on their idyllic little island. What is the cost of a Oceanview Nahant wedding?

Answer: Oceanview of Nahant wedding cost couples between $3,500 to $6,500 Friday through Sunday . If you want to have your ceremony on site the set up fee ranges from $750-$1,500. These fees include 6 hours of time at the venue.

On Sundays of holiday weekends, the minimum number of adults in attendance and the cost to hire the space are the same as they are on any other Saturday night.

What is the deposit and payment policies at this wedding venue?

Yes, in order to secure your wedding date, Oceanview does demand a deposit, which is non-refundable. After that, there are two other payments, one at the time of booking and one two months before the wedding. The remaining amount for your wedding is required at your last consultation, which should take place three to four weeks before the big day. If I'm having the reception somewhere, is it possible to hold simply the ceremony at your venue?

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, they do offer elopement packages for the ceremony only. On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, Oceanview of Nahant does not provide Ceremony-Only Packages.

Is it possible to have my first look at Oceanview of Nahant before my wedding ceremony?

How long can we reserve the space for, and is there a time limit?

The rental duration for a reception-only event is 5 hours. On-site ceremonies often last for around 6 hours. Please see the dates available for leasing below. By midnight, every wedding will be over.

Rentals are available Monday through Friday for any 5- or 6-hour block of time, with the ceremony starting 30 minutes before the reception begins.

On Saturdays, festivities like clambakes and receptions begin out at 10:30 and last through 3pm.

The on-site ceremony and reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, and the reception will run from 6:00 p.m.

The Sunday brunch/ceremony/receptions will start at 10:00 am and last through 2:30 pm.

On Sundays, the on-site ceremonies start at 4pm, and the receptions run from 4:30pm until 9:30pm.

Do you have a tasting menu before my wedding at your venue?

A: Yes! Each year, Oceanview of Nahant throws a Grand Tasting for all of the newly engaged couples. Only their couples go in free, but you may bring up to four friends with you by purchasing tickets. 

Do you have rules on decorations and/or a setup cost for decorations?

For reasonable decorations, Oceanview of Nahant does not impose a setup fee. Costs may increase if more than one employee is needed to complete the necessary preparations. Candles are permitted as decorations as long as they are contained in glass. Open flames, even those from candles, are not permitted. Nothing that has to be stuck to the walls or may cause harm is permitted either, including confetti, rice, bird seed, and so on. Flower petals must be silk if used indoors and genuine if used outdoors. It is necessary to unpack and unwrap everything that is carried inside

Get off at exit 44B on 128N. Get off at exit 44 on 128S. Follow these signs to go onto Route 129 East and head toward Lynn/Swampscott. Drive 3.1 miles due east on Route 129 to a split in the road. Stay to the left and take 129A East when the road splits. After 2.5 miles, you will reach the ocean if you stay on 129A and turn away from Route 129 at the first sign of the water. Turn right onto Lynn Shore Drive at the beach and continue for a mile to the rotary. Turn halfway around at the roundabout and keep going straight down the coast. The Nahant Causeway is at last at your feet. Just keep going in that direction for another 4.2 km. St. Thomas' Church may be seen along the way. Just beyond the church on Ocean Street, make the first right. Once you reach the end of Ocean Street, turn right onto Willow Road. Drive to the end of Willow Road.
