Commonwealth Restaurant is one of my all-time favorite locations for a wedding in Cambridge, MA. This is a modern venue in the heart of Kendall Square. They are able to host small Boston weddings, intimate dinners or larger weddings with 200+ guests.

Roof Garden Terrance Ceremony Location

In 2017 the Commonwealth Restaurant started offering their clients a wedding ceremony at the Roof Garden Terrance on the top of the Watermark building. This deck has been designed by landscapers to create a garden feel in the heart of Cambridge. Wedding couples can exchange their wedding vows with the city of Boston as the backdrop. The Roof Garden Terrance ceremony location can comfortably accommodate 200 wedding guests.

Cocktail Hour

The Watermark building offer’s Commonwealth Restaurant clients the option to host their cocktail hour at their Fireplace Lounge. This is a modern space with floor to ceiling windows which make the space feel bright. This lounge gives guests the opportunity to slip on drinks and relax in upholstered chairs and coffee tables.

Dinner

The Commonwealth Restaurant is an ideal location for small intimate wedding dinners. Their private dining room will comfortably sit 30 of your wedding guests for a cozy dinner celebration.

If you are looking for a larger Cambridge wedding venue then you have the option of a complete restaurant buyout. This gives clients to invite up to 200 wedding guests.
