One of my favorites is the Lakeview Pavilion wedding venue in Foxborough, MA, less than an hour from Boston. Lakeview Pavilion is an ideal location for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The lawn next to the tent reception is a beautiful setting for your big day. The ceremony fee at Lakeview Pavilion is $1,500, and the maximum number of guests the ceremony site can accommodate is 325.

Cocktail Hour Location 

The cocktail hour at Lakeview Pavilion is held next to the outdoor ceremony location on Private Terrace & Deck. After the ceremony, your guests are ushered into Private Terrace & Deck next to the ballroom for the cocktail hour. The private terrace and deck overlook the lake, and there is also a separate cocktail lounge area for your guests to enjoy. During the fall wedding season, the patio has space heaters and a fire pit, making it a cozy and comfortable relaxing spot. Often couples will put out lawn games for their guests during cocktail hour. The venue's catering team will prepare food stations or pass apps.

Reception Location 

The grand ballroom at Lakeview Pavilion has 32-foot cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light, large chandeliers, and hardwood floors. It is the perfect setting for dinner and dancing for up to 325 guests. All tables, chairs, and linens are included, but if you want to customize the decor for your wedding, you can choose from more options with a company like PEAK Event Services. The villa is typically set up with the dance floor in the middle, dinner tables around the dance floor, and the DJ in the right corner of the dance floor. All weddings end at around 11:00 pm.

It's a has a lot of space and provided a lot of different backgrounds without having to move around too much.

All weddings at the Lakeview Pavilion in Foxborough, MA, include a five-hour reception, a custom-designed wedding cake by Konditor Meister or Montilio's Bakery, a champagne toast for all your guests upon arrival for your bridal party, a three-course plated dinner, white floor-length table linen with overlay and white dinner napkins, white Chiavari chairs, a personal attendant on your wedding day, a bridal suite with a private powder room, a private terrace and deck with water views, and endless locations for your wedding photography. The reception fee at Lakeview Pavilion starts at $2,000, and the wedding ceremony fee begins at $1,500. For Saturday weddings, the cost of a plated dinner is $70 per person, and for Friday and Sunday weddings, it is $65 per person.

The History of Lakeview Pavilion in Foxborough, MA 

Lakeview Pavilion first opened in 1906 and was initially called Lake View Park. The venue was bought by several people until the current owners, the Kourtidis family, purchased it in 1989. Unfortunately, it shut down due to a fire in 2014 that burnt the venue. However, the Kourtidis family rebuilt the venue a couple of years later, and it is now more beautiful than ever.
